  • Milk products like cottage cheese or any other form of cheese can be replaced by tofu made from soya milk.
  • Adults can also replace milk with whey protein, it is the byproduct produced during the manufacturing of cheese. Sometimes it can also create lactose intolerance due to the presence of lactose. For people who are lactose-intolerance, they can go for whey protein isolate where the whey protein is further processed to remove lactose keeping it less than 1%.
  • Milk is a complete nutritious balanced food providing a good source of daily protein and calcium, but when thinking about replacing milk we need to keep in mind to add in our diet with other alternative food such as egg, fish, chicken, spinach. to meet up with the nutrition earlier provided by the milk.
  • There are many alternatives for a dairy-based product if you have a problem digesting milk or other dairy product you can always switch to other alternatives such as almond sweets, almond shakes, and vegan ice cream.
