Butter vs Ghee
They both are saturated fat. But if Ghee is pure then it is obviously better than butter because this liquid gold is made by separating milk from fat having the concentration of healthy fats more than butter.

A healthy adult can consume about one teaspoon of clarified butter daily but must reduce the other oil consumption. Even you need to monitor what sort of food you are having daily if it is oily or fried or foods having lots of calories such as cake, or other sugary foods, then clarified butter could cause you to weight gain.
